Sports Massage Therapist

Katie has a BSc degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Bolton University, is a qualified Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor. She has worked with professional clinicians within sporting, hospital and private clinic environments. Katie has been involved in multiple massage events following 5k races, half marathons and marathons, therefore I have worked with a variety of injured patients and athletes.

Aimee has six years experience working in Massage and Sports Therapy. She studied Sports Therapy at the University of Bedfordshire, graduating with a 2:1 with Honours in 2011. Aimee has great experience treating sports injuries, pre or post surgeries and giving rehabilitation advice. Athletics was a massive part of her life once upon a time being a long jumper competing at county, national and regional level, competing at English Schools, UK School Games and the European Trials. Acting and dancing are both huge passions of hers as well as horse riding and walking my dog.

Matt Richardson

Sports Massage Therapist

Matt has a BSc in Sports and Exercise science from Oxford Brookes University and also is a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the CSP. He is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with great knowledge of Sports rehab. Having previously worked as a hockey and tennis coach Matt has excellent applied skills working with all kinds of muscular issue.
When Matt is not treating patients at Addenbrookes or working in the Cambridge Sports Massage clinic, he is playing to Hockey to a high level and training in the gym at Nuffield.

Will has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 5 years, with a specialty in Rehabilitation and Corrective exercise. He holds a L4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and an Advanced Personal Training qualification. Will has a busy schedule of clients working with fitness professionals through to sedentary office workers. He uses his exercise knowledge and massage skills to improve posture and performance, through tailored movement assessments.

Will has a deep knowledge of health and fitness and can integrate nutrition and lifestyle advice into his treatment. With a keen interest in Massage and Sports Therapy Will continues to further his knowledge and technique by attending courses and workshops. When not at the Nuffield Clinic, Will can also be found getting muddy at an obstacle race or with his family.

Mike Power

Sports Massage Therapist

After qualifying in 2000 with a two year diploma in Fitness and Sports Therapy he worked as a fitness and rehabilitation trainer. In 2005 he joined Premier Training International as a Lecturer, teaching anatomy and physiology and has taught over 300 fitness professionals. Adding a L5 BTEC in Professional Sports and Remedial Massage and a GP referral qualification allows Mike to offer the best service possible to his clients.

Mike works with a host of local health and fitness professionals. His clients range from Ultra runners and triathletes, to people with poor postural patterns or back issues. When not working at his clinic. Mike can be found either with his wife and two sons or running in one of the many obstacle races across the UK.

Rachael Crockford

Sport Massage Therapist

Rachael has a MSc in Sports Rehabilitation from St Marys, Twickenham, this followed her BSc from Kingston University. She also currently the Sports Therapist for the Cambridge University Lightweight Rowing team and Head coach for the Hills Road Rowing Team.

She has great experience in working with Gymnastics, Paralympic athletes and also has an excellent hands on knowledge at working with a large range of soft tissue needs. She has completed the London Marathon and the Prudential 100 mile cycle event.

Being confident with the young through to older populations allows Rachael to offer a great service with massage and remedial techniques.
